Brian Laul

Journalist, theatre person, musician, entrepreneur, social worker. Brian Laul has meant different things to different people through a colourful career that has been the subject of documentaries, book chapters & prestigious awards. He is a successful local small business owner, having run Oz Funland in Leumeah for the past 10 years along with his wife Christerine & son Christopher. Brian is also producer of The Wizard of Oz Interactive Show that has done over 4,600 performances internationally to date and represented Australia at many International Festivals. Brian is passionate about the business benefits of community arts patronage, fostering multicultural understanding at the grassroots level and helping young people achieve their true potential. He is Chair of the Macarthur Multicultural Children’s Festival and founder of Good Morning Macarthur which records and tells community stories online every fortnight.
